Our Flight Ops department enables pilots to make informed decisions, providing operational support, guidance, and oversight to flight crews and aircraft operating around the world.
Crew Recruitment and Management
We recruit highly qualified pilots, mechanics, and cabin attendants who work as a team to meet your needs.
TWC Aviation utilizes FlightSafety International, Bombardier Aerospace, CAE SimuFlite for full-motion pilot training. We also use top providers for maintenance technician education and certification, international training, medical response, cabin services, food preparation, and emergency procedures.
Safety Management System
A Safety Management System (SMS) is a quality management approach to controlling risk that helps form the core of a company’s safety
efforts. The SMS provides company managers with a detailed roadmap for monitoring safety-related processes. The IS-BAO auditing processes meticulously evaluated and certified our SMS implementation and adherence.
