Andrew Richmond, Chief Executive Officer
Andrew Richmond leads our management team, sets our strategic objectives, directs our business development and marketing activities, and ensures that we consistently deliver the highest levels of safety and customer service. Mr. Richmond is committed to building lasting relationships with our customers, employees, and vendors—and to fostering a service-focused, team-oriented work environment. Under his leadership, TWC Aviation has expanded rapidly to become a recognized leader in worldwide jet charter, aircraft management, acquisition and sales, and maintenance services. Before joining TWC Aviation in 2001, he held executive positions in business management and engineering. Mr. Richmond has an M.B.A. from the University of California at Irvine, and a B.S./B.A. in Business and Management Information Systems from Boston University.
Robert J. Oliver, General Manager
Robert Oliver directs all day-to-day and flight operations at TWC Aviation. His wide-ranging responsibilities include operational control and FAA compliance for Part 135 flights. Mr. Oliver is a highly accomplished executive, with more than thirty years of experience in military and corporate aviation management. Previously, he served as the President, Director of Aviation, Director of Operations and Chief Pilot of several FAA Part 135 and Part 91 flight departments. Mr. Oliver was also a member of the FAA Safety Seminar Enforcement Review Team, President/Director of the National Organization of Air Carriers (NOAC), and a member of the Scottsdale Airport Advisory Committee. Mr. Oliver holds an Airline Transport Certificate, is type-rated in nine models of corporate jets, and licensed to fly helicopters with instrument privileges. Mr. Oliver has an M.S. in Education and a B.A. in Psychology from Pepperdine University.
Edward Frank, Chief Financial Officer
Edward Frank focuses on the corporate-wide implementation of best business practices, while heading many of TWC Aviation's strategic initiatives. Mr. Frank also provides executive leadership in business metrics, contract negotiations, and human resources, and oversees all financial, accounting and insurance activities. Before joining TWC, he was vice president and CFO for a multi-national logistics company, and previously served as vice president of a major bank. Mr. Frank is a Certified Management Accountant, and holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Information Systems from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.
Paul Class, Senior Vice President, Charter Services
Paul Class directs TWC Aviation’s worldwide charter business and oversees the company’s charter sales and dispatch teams. Mr. Class served previously as Senior Vice President of Charter Sales at ACM Aviation, and was Vice President of Charter Services at TAG Aviation USA. His long and highly successful career includes progressively more responsible positions at leading companies such as Wayfarer Aviation and K-C Transportation Services. Mr. Class is a private pilot and has a B.S. in Aviation Management.
Jay Arcemont, CAM, Director of Operations
Jay Arcemont guides all TWC Aviation flight operations, maintaining the highest degree of safety and compliance for Part 135 operations. Recognized by the NBAA as one of the first 25 Certified Aviation Managers (CAM), Mr. Arcemont has served as Part 135 Director of Operations, Chief Pilot, and Flight Department Manager of several Part 135 and Part 91 flight departments. His experience blends the insights of building flight department business models with the technical and operational expertise of managing a large fleet of charter and private aircraft. Mr. Arcemont holds an Airline Transport Certificate and has years of experience serving as an airline captain for Part 135 and Part 121 operators, and as a Part 141 Chief Flight Instructor. He has a B.A. in Communications from Loyola Marymount University.
Greg Johnson, Vice President of Business Development
Greg Johnson focuses on growing our managed fleet and ensuring TWC Aviation’s clients receive attentive, personalized service. Mr. Johnson brings over 10 years of experience building and leading aviation service groups covering the spectrum of the aviation industry. His most recent position was Vice President of Business Development with ACM Aviation, where he grew the fleet size by over 60 percent in just two years. Previously, he was Vice President of Business Development at Apex Aviation where he was responsible for customer service, FBO operations, facilities, and aircraft management. Mr. Johnson is certified through NBAA’s aircraft management program and is an avid private pilot. He studied Business Management at both UCLA and California Lutheran University in Southern California.
Greg Paxson, Director of Maintenance
Greg Paxson oversees all aircraft maintenance operations, while ensuring TWC Aviation's fleet meets all manufacturer and FAA guidelines. Mr. Paxson has more than twenty years of experience in the aircraft maintenance field. Previously, he was General Manager of an FAA-Certified Repair Station, and Director of Maintenance for several FAR Part 135 and Part 91 flight departments. He holds an Airline Transport Pilots Certificate and a Mechanics Certificate with Inspection Authorization. He also has formal education in Aviation Maintenance Management, and has attended numerous factory and industry training schools.
Alex Joya, Vice President, Business Development
Alex Joya oversees our aircraft sales and acquisitions department, spearheads strategic business development initiatives, and identifies potential business opportunities. He works closely with TWC sales executives and clients through every phase of the process, from market research to aircraft delivery. Alex has held a range of management positions at TWC Aviation and other top companies, and brings years of successful experience to his position. He has a B.S. in Business Management from California State University, Northridge.
Scott Cutshall, Vice President, Marketing
Scott Cutshall directs TWC Aviation's worldwide marketing program, from strategic planning to marketing communications campaigns. Prior to assuming his current position, Mr. Cutshall was TWC's director of charter sales, and earlier managed operations at our Orange County Base and served as Manager of Business Operations. Before joining TWC Aviation in 2000, he was a flight instructor and worked in fixed-base operations management. Mr. Cutshall holds aviation licenses as a Commercial Pilot and Certified Flight Instructor, Instrument and Multi-Engine (CFII, MEI), and has a B.S. in Business Management from Biola University.
Kristopher Cannon, Director, Aviation Safety and Security
Kris Cannon oversees TWC Aviation's, comprehensive Safety Management System and Domestic and International Security Program. Mr. Cannon is our liaison with the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB), the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and other governmental agencies. Kris has extensive experience in law enforcement and served as a Police Officer in Southern California for 13 years prior to joining the TWC Aviation Team. He is a pilot flying for TWC and is type rated in the Gulfstream 100 and the Premier 1A. Kris attended Utah Valley State College with a major in Aviation Science. He is a graduate of The University of Southern California's Aviation Safety Program and also instructs at the USC Viterbi School of Engineering's Aviation Security Program.

Chris Battaglia, Director, Charter Sales
Chris Battaglia manages TWC Aviation’s nationwide team of international charter sales experts. His wide-ranging responsibilities include ensuring the 100 percent satisfaction of every charter customer. Mr. Battaglia has more than 10 years of successful experience in the business jet charter industry. Before joining TWC Aviation he held management positions at ACM Aviation and TAG Aviation. He is a licensed private pilot and holds a B.S. in Aviation Business Administration from Embry–Riddle University.
Robert Platten, Director, Business Development
Bob Platten focuses on building relations with new and existing clients. He has more than 22 years of highly successful aviation industry experience, including aircraft management, charter operations, sales, and accounting. Before joining the TWC executive team, Bob held positions as Vice President of Charter Sales at New World Aviation, Vice President of Charter Services at Atlantic Aviation, and Director of Client Relations for Jet Aviation USA. Bob has a B.S. in Financial Management from Franklin Pierce University.
Hilarie Roth, Director, Business Development
Hilarie Roth is responsible for new charter client acquisition and sales. Ms. Roth served previously as Director of Business Development at ACM Aviation, and was Director of Business Development at Sentient Jet. She is a seasoned sales professional and has held positions at top companies working with Fortune 100 clients. Ms. Roth has a B.A. in Journalism, with a minor in Marketing, from the University of Wisconsin.
Tony Van Deusen, Director, Business Development
Tony Van Deusen builds relationships with new charter customers through warm, personal, responsive service, always finding the right charter solution for every flight. His impressive and varied sales and marketing experience includes serving as V.P. of Business Development at Key Air, and six years at TAG Aviation USA as Director of Business Development. Previously he held senior sales and marketing positions at a major sporting goods manufacturer. Still licensed to practice law in Colorado, Tony was a prosecutor in the Denver D.A.’s office and then worked as a criminal defense attorney. He holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Colorado, and a J.D. from the University of Denver College of Law.
Adam Steiger, Director, Business Development
Adam Steiger brings his exceptional product knowledge and familiarity with the private aviation industry to his new role with TWC Aviation. Adam works closely with our charter clients to design a private jet travel solution built around their specific needs. Before joining TWC, Adam was a marketplace sales manager and US representative for business intelligence at Avinode, gaining valuable experience with the various makes, models and attributes of aircraft available for charter today. Previously he held positions in product distribution and corporate sponsorship sales. Adam has a B.P.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies from the New York Institute of Technology.
Jill Rogers, Director, Business Development
Jill Rogers brings a unique blend of business aviation and luxury hotel experience to her position with TWC. With her expansive knowledge of business jet aircraft, commitment to personal service and attention to detail, she helps her clients find the best travel solution for any situation. Before joining TWC, Jill was a charter sales executive at ACM Aviation and Sentient Jet. Jill began her career in the hotel and resort industry, serving for seven years as sales manager at Sandals Resorts. Raised in Rhode Island and Florida, Jill attended the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale.
Nancy Nicholas, Charter Sales Executive
Nancy Nicholas brings more than 20 years of commercial aviation experience to TWC's charter sales team. Ms. Nicholas provides our jet charter customers with the highest levels of professionalism and personalized service. She has wide-ranging expertise in both domestic and international airport operations, as well as customer service and aircraft sales. Ms. Nicholas holds a B.A. in Gerontology from Mount St. Mary's College.
Yen Bui, Charter Sales Executive
Yen Bui has a diverse and successful background in the travel and customer service industry. Based at our office at John Wayne Airport in Orange County, California, Ms. Bui brings a wealth of experience to our charter sales team. Before joining TWC, she provided highly personalized service as Executive Client Concierge with Air Service Hawaii in Honolulu. She previously held positions in VIP account management, sales and marketing with leading hotels, and worked extensively in youth tourism. Ms. Bui has a B.A. in Interpersonal and Organizational Communications from California State University, Long Beach.
Lindsay Berkel, Charter Sales Executive
Lindsay Berkel brings more than six years’ experience in the aircraft charter industry to her role at TWC Aviation. She was a key member of the sales team at ACM Aviation, and previously worked as Charter Manager at Capitol Wings in Austin, Texas, handling both flight coordination and charter sales. Lindsay is a private pilot, and she has a B.A. in Economics, with a minor in Business, from the University of Texas.
Daniel Wright, Charter Sales Executive
Dan Wright has over 10 years of private and commercial aviation experience. Based at our White Plains, New York, location, Dan provides TWC jet charter customers with the highest levels of professionalism and attention to every detail. He continues to play a key role in growing our East Coast operations, and also supervises the after-hours team. Dan currently holds a Private Pilot License with an Instrument Rating and has a B.S. in Aviation Management and Flight Operations from the University of Dubuque, Iowa.
Anni Menaskanian, Charter Sales Executive
Anni Menaskanian brings wide-ranging professional experience to our charter sales team, which she joined after serving as a TWC Aviation Flight Coordinator. Anni’s previous industry expertise includes managing extensive executive client lists, supervising high-profile client services, and completing research and presentation materials for the entertainment industry. Her specialized skills and commitment to excellence ensure the highest levels of personal service to our charter clients. Anni has a B.A. in Communication Studies from California State University, Northridge.
Kyle Hanson, Charter Sales Executive
Kyle Hanson brings a wealth of aviation knowledge and experience to TWC Aviation. Before joining our team, Kyle worked as an airport operations security supervisor at the Westchester County Airport in White Plains, NY, and in line/customer service at Llano (Texas) Municipal Airport. Kyle is a multi- and single-engine commercial pilot and certified flight instructor. He lives in Norwalk, Connecticut, with his wife Andrea. Kyle has a B.S. in Aviation Management from the University of Dubuque, Iowa.
Patrick Mury, Charter Sales Executive
Patrick Mury brings his strong work ethic and attention to detail to the TWC charter sales team. Based in White Plains, NY, Patrick is dedicated to providing the highest levels of personalized customer service. He is an active pilot and holds his commercial license with instrument and multi-engine ratings, as well as an instrument flight instructor certificate. Patrick has degrees in Aviation Management and Flight Operations from the University of Dubuque in Iowa.

Joseph Barber, Director, Aircraft Management Sales

He has also helped develop marketing and sales programs for aircraft management companies. Richard Thompson, Director, Aircraft Management Sales
Richard Thompson engages with individuals and corporations alike to identify and analyze each client’s ownership and travel objectives—then build a custom program that achieves those objectives and makes the most effect use of their jet. Mr. Thompson has more than 17 years of aviation experience, spanning Part 91,121, 135 and 145 operations. Before joining the TWC team, he was Vice President of the Technical Services Group for Aviation Management Systems. Previously he was President for MV Air Group in Massachusetts and Director of Maintenance for various operators over his tenure in the industry He attended the College of Aeronautics in Flushing, New York, and received his Airframe and Powerplant Certificate and composite training from Colorado Aero Tech in Broomfield, Colorado. Mr. Thompson also has an Avionics Certificate from Platt-Sikorsky School of Aviation in Stratford, Connecticut.

Gordon Wishart, Director, Sales and Acquisitions
Gordon Wishart has more than 30 years of successful experience in the business aviation industry. His in-depth expertise includes managing brokerage and acquisitions for numerous clients, directing research, market analysis, and sales forecasting, and developing effective marketing campaigns. Mr. Wishart began his career as a Crew Chief in the Flight Test Department of Learjet, Inc., now part of Bombardier Aerospace, and has since held VP and senior sales executive positions at several leading business aviation companies. He has a degree in business administration.
Michael Lederer, Director, Sales and Acquisitions
Michael Lederer has nearly 30 years of highly successful industry experience. Before joining our aircraft sales and acquisitions team, Mike was an award-winning sales executive at Bombardier Aerospace. During his 20 years at Bombardier, he sold their full line of jet aircraft—Learjet, Challenger, and Global Express—to major corporations, high net worth individuals, and other prestigious customers. Previously, he held key sales and management positions at Cessna Aircraft Company. Mike holds an Airline Transport Pilot Rating (ATP) with some 6500 hours in various aircraft types. He has a B.S. in Communication & Management from Ohio University.

Jack Mulder, Chief Pilot
Jack Mulder supervises TWC Aviation’s pilots and other flight crewmembers to ensure that all flight operations are conducted safely, professionally and in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations. His experience at TWC also includes serving as Director of Training and as a line pilot. Prior to joining us, he worked as Director of Operations, Chief Pilot, Check Airman, and Company Instructor at other Part 135 operators. Mr. Mulder was also the Assistant Aviation Commander for the Washington State Patrol and a U.S. Navy Jet Flight Instructor. He has a B.S. in Geography from the University of Oregon.
William Mattoon, Assistant Chief Pilot
William Mattoon works closely with the Chief Pilot and all crewmembers to ensure TWC’s flight operations are conducted safely and with the highest degree of professionalism. Before becoming Assistant Chief Pilot, Mr. Mattoon was a Captain with TWC Aviation on a Citation Excel, Citation X, and Hawker 800. His prior experience includes positions as Assistant Chief Pilot and Check Airman with another charter operation, Flight Department Manager for a corporate flight department, and five years as a Captain with an airline operating scheduled 135 and 121 operations. Mr. Mattoon holds an Airline Transport Certificate and Airframe and Powerplant Certificates. He has an A.S. in Aviation Maintenance Technology from Glendale Community College.
Charlie Johnson, Vice President
Charlie Johnson oversees our daily interaction with the FAA, as well as FAA Operation Specifications. Previously Vice President of ACM Aviation Services, Mr. Johnson is a civil and military aviation expert with decades of wide-ranging experience. Before joining ACM, he worked at the FAA for 30 years as an Aviation Safety Inspector, Principal Operations Inspector, Accident Prevention Specialist, Helicopter Specialist, and Jet Specialist. Previously, he served eight years on active duty and 20 years in the reserves as an officer in the U.S. Navy. Mr. Johnson holds ATP, ASMEL, Rotorcraft Helicopter, ASES, and Glider certificates, and is type-rated in nine aircraft and helicopters. He has a B.S. in Business Management from the North Dakota State University.
Alex Unterberger, Director, Training
Alex Unterberger establishes and maintains TWC Aviation's FAA-approved training programs and curriculums. Mr. Unterberger brings a wealth of operational and flight experience to TWC Aviation. Before joining our team, he served over 10 years as a captain for airlines and charter operators. He holds an Airline Transport Pilot certificate and Flight Instructor credentials. He has also earned company flight instructor and check airman qualifications in various aircraft, including extensive flight operations in the Gulfstream G-IV. Mr. Unterberger has a B.S. in Aeronautical Studies from the University of North Dakota.
Cherie Hecker, Assistant Director of Operations
Cherie Hecker joined TWC in 2006 with a diverse background in aviation operations and airport management. In addition to leading the Dispatch team, Ms. Hecker ensures that the numerous operational details are carefully monitored. Working with rigorous internal quality standards, her responsibilities range from ensuring FAA regulatory compliance to managing the ongoing quality of all outsourced training vendors. Previously, she served as Lead Flight Coordinator in TWC’s Dispatch Department. Ms. Hecker is a commercial pilot in single and multiengine aircraft. She has an MS in Aeronautical Science / Aviation Operations from Embry Riddle University.
Victoria Ponder, Inflight Services Supervisor
Victoria Ponder supervises TWC's Cabin Attendants, ensuring the industry's most professional and personalized service for every client, owner, and passenger. Victoria has more than twenty years of experience as a corporate and commercial flight attendant, serving celebrities, executives, dignitaries, and large groups. She interviews and trains TWC Cabin Attendants to meet our strict expectations. In addition, she updates the TWC Cabin Attendant Training Manual and oversees training records. Victoria is also responsible for supervising the purchase of aircraft customer supplies and onboard amenities—and she continues to fly as one of our Cabin Attendants.
Lori Spevak, Lead Flight Coordinator
Lori Spevak developed her in-depth knowledge of the aviation industry from both Part 121 Air Carrier and Part 135 Charter operations beginning in the dispatch and sales arenas at Hawaiian Airlines. After relocating to the Los Angeles area, Lori further developed her operations capabilities in land-side management and later with a local charter operator in the San Fernando Valley before joining the TWC Aviation team. Ms. Spevak is originally from the Washington DC area where she studied Natural Resource Management at the University of Maryland.
Natalie Villarreal, Flight Coordinator
Natalie Villarreal has been a valued employee at TWC Aviation since 2005. She has extensive training and experience in accounting, aviation maintenance support services, and operations. Ms. Villarreal’s comprehensive understanding of the many specialties within the aviation industry affords her great insight into the successful coordination and execution of trip details for our charter customers and aircraft owners.
Hayley Calams, Flight Coordinator
Hayley Calams brings a diverse blend of management and creative skills to TWC Aviation. Her previous professional experience includes implementation of online marketing campaigns, building new client relationships through sales, and customer satisfaction oversight. Ms. Calams brings sustainable value to the Dispatch Team by utilizing her research analysis and organizational skills in coordinating flight information and client support details. Ms. Calams has a B.A. in Business Administration, specializing in Marketing, from San Diego State University.
Jeannine Melendez, Flight Coordinator
Jeannine Melendez has a wealth of knowledge and experience in customer service and event coordination. She has a proven ability to provide the highest level of jet travel coordination and client support services. Before joining TWC Aviation, Ms. Melendez coordinated photography events for the military, colleges and universities, and many other organizations. Her contributions helped build one of the most sought after event photography companies in the industry. Ms. Melendez studied Business Management at California State University Northridge.
Aaron Sulzberger, Flight Coordinator
Aaron Sulzberger has been an integral part of our team since 2009. Prior to joining the TWC, Aaron worked in South Lake Tahoe as a line service technician. During his aviation career, he has served as co-pilot on a fleet of Mitsubishi MU-2’s and a Pilatus PC12. He has also flown for several sky diving companies. Aaron holds a commercial, multi-engine pilot certificate, and has a B.S. in Flight Operations & Aviation Management from the University of Dubuque, Iowa.
Dylan Fetzer, Flight Coordinator
Dylan Fetzer brings years of experience and a broad range of talents to TWC Aviation. Dylan’s industry expertise and commitment to customer service make him an ideal member of our dispatch team. Before rejoining TWC in 2011, Dylan worked for four years as a private client services manager at XOJET and as a flight coordinator for a SF Bay Area charter company. He is also an experienced commercial pilot and flight instructor. Dylan studied aviation science at Utah Valley State College and continues to work on more advanced pilot licenses and aircraft ratings.
Denis Shevchenko, Flight Coordinator
Denis Shevchenko brings more than 12 years of aviation experience to TWC. For the past five years he worked at Jeppesen as an International Trip Planner and Account Specialist with client services. Previously Denis was in flight control/dispatch at SP Aviation and Chief Pilot at International Aircraft Services. He is fluent in Russian and is a licensed commercial pilot and flight instructor with 1,500 hours in the air. Denis is married and is currently in a police academy here in San Jose, California.
David Raver, Flight Coordinator
David Raver’s unique blend of aviation, communication, and service industry experience makes him an invaluable addition to the TWC Aviation team. Before coming onboard in 2011, he worked as a Line Service Technician for Signature Flight Support, and managed the bar of a successful restaurant. His more than 10 years of customer service experience is evident in his attention to detail, and relentless pursuit of customer satisfaction. David attended the Valley Forge Military College in Wayne, Pennsylvania, and has a B. A. in Organizational and Interpersonal Communication from California State University Long Beach.
Ryan Hughes, Flight Coordinator
Ryan Hughes has more than six years of successful customer service experience. Before joining the TWC Aviation Flight Operations team, Ryan held positions in emergency services, the restaurant industry, and in retail. He holds a Private Pilot License and wants to pursue additional ratings and licenses. Ryan has a B.S. in Aeronautics, with a major in Air Traffic Control and a minor in Psychology, from the University of North Dakota.
Victoria Cape, Flight Coordinator
Victoria Cape has considerable international experience in the aviation industry. For the past five years she worked for two Russian airlines where she was responsible for financial analysis and planning, international handling contracts, negotiating agreements with various suppliers, and fuel purchasing. Previously Victoria was at a startup airline, where she was in charge of station services. She is fluent in Russian, has a working knowledge of German and French, and is learning Arabic. Victoria is married and lives in Los Angeles.
Terry Lentz, Flight Coordinator
Terry Lentz brings 13 years of travel industry sales and operations management experience to TWC Aviation. Terry’s most recent professional experience includes trip planning and operational logistics for private group overland travel in the U.S. Canada, and Latin America. He has a passion for customer service, previously managing accounts for high profile individual and corporate accounts. Terry has a B.S. in Business Management from Montclair State University.
