Andrew Richmond, President
Andrew Richmond leads our management team, sets our strategic objectives, directs our business development and marketing activities, and ensures that we consistently deliver the highest levels of safety and customer service. Mr. Richmond is committed to building lasting relationships with our customers, employees, and vendors—and to fostering a service-focused, team-oriented work environment. Under his leadership, TWC Aviation has expanded rapidly to become a recognized leader in worldwide jet charter, aircraft management, acquisition and sales, and maintenance services. Before joining TWC Aviation in 2001, he held executive positions in business management and engineering. Mr. Richmond has an M.B.A. from the University of California at Irvine, and a B.S./B.A. in Business and Management Information Systems from Boston University.
Robert J. Oliver, General Manager
Robert Oliver, manager of all day-to-day operations, has more than thirty years of experience in military and corporate aviation management. Previously, he served as the President, Director of Aviation, Director of Operations and Chief Pilot of several FAA Part 135 and Part 91 flight departments. Mr. Oliver was also a member of the FAA Safety Seminar Enforcement Review Team, President/Director of the National Organization of Air Carriers (NOAC), and a member of the Scottsdale Airport Advisory Committee. Mr. Oliver holds an Airline Transport Certificate, is type-rated in nine models of corporate jets, and licensed to fly helicopters with instrument privileges. Mr. Oliver has an M.S. in Education and a B.A. in Psychology from Pepperdine University.
Ross Truesdale, Director of Training
Ross Truesdale oversees our training programs and activities. He designs custom training curricula to ensure safe and professional flight operations, as well as regulatory compliance. Before assuming his current position, he served for six years as TWC Aviation's Chief Pilot and Director of Operations, a title he had held at other FAR Part 135 companies since 1990. Retired as a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Air Force, Mr. Truesdale flew F-102 Delta Daggers in the Air Defense Command, and F-4 Phantoms in the U.S., Southeast Asia, and Europe. Mr. Truesdale had flight training and testing assignments in fighter aircraft and served as a fighter weapons development manager at the Pentagon. He has an M.S. in Aerospace Operations Management from the University of Southern California and a B.S. in Education from Texas A&M University.
Jay Arcemont, Director of Operations
Jay Arcemont guides all TWC flight operations, in addition to maintaining the highest degree of safety and compliance for Part 135 operations. Recently certified by the NBAA as a Certified Aviation Manager, Mr. Arcemont has served as Part 135 Director of Operations, Chief Pilot, and Flight Department Manager of several Part 135 and Part 91 flight departments. His experience blends the insights of building flight department business models with the technical and operational expertise of managing a large fleet of charter and private aircraft. Mr. Arcemont holds an Airline Transport Certificate and has years of experience serving as an airline captain for Part 135 and Part 121 operators, and as a Part 141 Chief Flight Instructor. He has a B.A. in Communications from Loyola Marymount University.
Nickolas Traub, Chief Pilot
Nickolas Traub supervises TWC crewmembers, ensuring that all flight operations are conducted safely, professionally and in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations. He is type rated in four models of corporate jet aircraft including TWC's G-IV and Citation X executive jets. During his many years of experience, he has served as Chief Pilot, Check Airmen, Flight Instructor, and Captain in Part 135 domestic and international operations. Mr. Traub holds an Airline Transport Pilot Certificate and a B.S. in Aviation Administration from California State University, Los Angeles.
Greg Paxson, Director of Maintenance
Greg Paxson oversees all aircraft maintenance operations, while ensuring TWC Aviation's fleet meets all manufacturer and FAA guidelines. Mr. Paxson has more than twenty years of experience in the aircraft maintenance field. Previously, he was General Manager of an FAA-Certified Repair Station, and Director of Maintenance for several FAR Part 135 and Part 91 flight departments. He holds an Airline Transport Pilots Certificate and a Mechanics Certificate with Inspection Authorization. He also has formal education in Aviation Maintenance Management, and has attended numerous factory and industry training schools.
Edward Frank, Director of Finance
Edward Frank directs our financial, accounting, insurance, and human resources functions, and oversees contract management and vendor negotiations. Mr. Frank provides extensive support to our charter and owner-clients, as well as throughout our organization, ensuring that information and analysis is insightful, timely, and accurate. Before joining our management team, Mr. Frank served for eight years as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for a privately held multi-national logistics company. His previous experience includes six years as Vice President and Manager of Managerial Financial Reporting and Strategic Systems for First Interstate Bank of California. He received his M.B.A. in Finance and Information Systems from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. Mr. Frank is also a Certified Management Accountant.
Alex Joya, Manager of Business Operations
Alex Joya provides strategic, operational, and technology direction to all TWC departments, helps identify business development opportunities, and coordinates our marketing activities. Mr. Joya also manages aircraft sales and acquisitions for our clients. He supervises the entire process, from market research to aircraft delivery. Additionally, he oversees relationships with aircraft owners, insurance companies, business partners, and employees. He has held a range of positions in the aviation industry, and brings years of successful experience to his position. Mr. Joya has a B.S. in Business Management from California State University, Northridge.
Kristopher Cannon, Manager of Aviation Safety and Security
Kris Cannon manages all aspects of TWC Aviation's comprehensive safety and security programs. He is our liaison with the Transportation Safety Administration (TSA), National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB), the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and other governmental agencies. Before joining TWC Aviation, Mr. Cannon worked as a pilot, flight coordinator, and safety officer in the private jet charter industry. He served for thirteen years as a police officer in Southern California. Mr. Cannon is an instructor with the University of Southern California's Aviation Security Program and a graduate of the USC Aviation Safety Program. He is also a type-rated Gulfstream 100 pilot flying for TWC Aviation.
Scott Cutshall, Director of Charter Sales and Management Services
Scott Cutshall oversees TWC’s charter services division, and is responsible for the expansion of our diverse fleet of charter and privately managed aircraft. Mr. Cutshall brings outstanding customer relationship skills and wide-ranging experience to this key role in our company. Prior to assuming his current position, Mr. Cutshall managed operations at TWC’s Orange County Base, and earlier served as Manager of Business Operations. Before joining TWC Aviation in 2000, he was a flight instructor in Fullerton, CA, and worked in fixed-base operations management with Signature Flight Support. Mr. Cutshall holds aviation licenses as a Commercial Pilot and Certified Flight Instructor, Instrument and Multi-Engine (CFII, MEI), and has a B.S. in Business Management from Biola University.
William Burton, Business Development Executive - Northern California
William Burton is responsible for expanding the TWC Aviation presence in Northern California. Mr. Burton comes to TWC Aviation after holding numerous executive positions in jet aviation and high-technology companies. He has also been a successful entrepreneur. Highlights of his distinguished career include serving as president of Corporate Air Transport a Part 135 operator, director of safety and standards at a major jet travel card company, and western regional sales manager for the Citation Division of Cessna Aircraft. Earlier, Mr. Burton was an avionics technician in the U.S. Air Force. He studied electrical engineering at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.

Ken Futterman, Executive Charter Sales
Ken Futterman works closely with individuals and corporate clients to meet their unique private travel needs. Mr. Futterman brings thirty years of commercial aviation experience to TWC Aviation. He has worked throughout the U.S. with an international carrier, serving as Sales Manager in Pittsburgh, Los Angeles, Washington, D.C., Miami, and other cities. He graduated from Brooklyn College with a B.A in Education and a B.A in Speech and Theater.
Nancy Nicholas, Charter Sales Representative
Nancy Nicholas brings more than 20 years of commercial aviation experience to TWC's charter sales team. Ms. Nicholas provides our jet charter customers with the highest levels of professionalism and personalized service. She has wide-ranging expertise in both domestic and international airport operations, as well as customer service and aircraft sales. Ms. Nicholas holds a B.A. in Gerontology from Mount St. Mary's College.
Yen Bui, Charter Sales Representative
Yen Bui has a diverse and successful background in the travel and customer service industry. Based at our office at John Wayne Airport in Orange County, California, Ms. Bui brings a wealth of experience to our charter sales team. Before joining TWC, she provided highly personalized service as Executive Client Concierge with Air Service Hawaii in Honolulu. She previously held positions in VIP account management, sales and marketing with leading hotels, and worked extensively in youth tourism. Ms. Bui has a B.A. in Interpersonal and Speech Communications from California State University, Long Beach.
Heather Isgrigg, Charter Sales Representative
Heather Isgrigg is based at our Scottsdale office. She brings award-winning customer service skills to our charter sales team. Ms. Isgrigg’s background includes positions in charter sales, flight coordination, operations, and international trip planning. She has also developed critical operational processes and procedures for several charter organizations. A recipient of the 2005 NBAA Schedulers & Dispatch Development Program Award, Ms. Isgirigg has a B.L.A. from Purdue University.

Cherie Hecker, Lead Flight Coordinator
Cherie Hecker has a diverse background in aviation operations and airport management. Prior to joining TWC Aviation, Ms. Hecker was involved with sales and marketing at a global avionics firm, was a top sales generator at an aircraft charter broker, and a marketing manager at a leading Florida charter operator. She was also in charge of operations at a corporate airport. Ms. Hecker is a commercial pilot in single and multiengine aircraft, as well as in gliders. She graduated from Daniel Webster College with a B.S. in Aviation Management/Flight Operations and is originally from the Boston area.
Bill Brown, Flight Coordinator
Bill Brown, a retired 20-year veteran of the U.S. Army, served as a flight operations supervisor for all flights involving four-star generals and members of Congress. In addition to accumulating 10 years of flight coordinator experience, Mr. Brown led military dispatch teams operating Gulfstream and Citation aircraft. He has a B.S. in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and is currently pursuing an M.A.S. in Aviation Management and Aviation Safety.
Jamie Warnock, Flight Coordinator
Jamie Warnock is another new addition to the TWC Dispatch Team, working at our new Scottsdale, Arizona office. Ms. Warnock comes to TWC with more than 10 years of client services experience, in addition to five years of experience with a major fractional aircraft ownership company. She has proven herself in charter sales, aviation account management, and as an emergency response team member for a large fleet of corporate aircraft. Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Ms. Warnock also served in the United States Air Force Reserves conducting officer training and headquarters orientation.
Mei Lan Wong, Flight Coordinator
Mei Lan Wong brings more than 10 years of successful experience to her role at TWC Aviation. Her career includes a wide range of management and customer relations positions in the service and retail industries. Ms. Wong has a B.A. in Chinese and History from the University of Colorado.
