Meeting the New World Standard for Excellence
TWC Aviation is audited and registered to the International Standard for Business Aircraft Operations (IS-BAO). Developed by the nonprofit International Business Aviation Council, IS-BAO is the strict new standard for operational excellence. It's equivalent to IS-9000, and recognized by the NBAA and the European Business Aviation Association.
IS-BAO is built around a Safety Management System(SMS), which helps evaluate and mitigate risk, and continuously improve practices and procedures. Conducted by independent examiners, the IS-BAO audit is a systematic, objective review that scrutinizes every facet of aviation operations.
